Past Series
The season of Lent begins with Jesus raising Lazarus from the dead. Easter is the celebration of Jesus overcoming the grave. Christ came to overcome the finality of death as well as bring new life in the midst of the darkest moments we face. We will all have times of worry and loss. Yet, even when we face devastating circumstances, we are reminded that there is nothing that can separate us from the love of God. As we begin the season of Lent, let us turn our hearts and minds towards the One who brings life, and let us also look for ways to help others experience new life.
In the face of sickness, death, and despair – Christ responds by raising the dead.
