Esther Women: Michael W. Smith Concert
November 29 at 11:30 a.m.
Multi-platinum artist and best-selling author Michael W. Smith will perform at St. Luke’s! He will be the featured guest at the Esther Women’s 2023 Christmas Concert and Holiday Reception on Wednesday, November 29. The Downtown Sanctuary doors will open at 11 a.m., and the event begins at 11:30 a.m. Tickets are available for purchase for $20.
Joyful Jingle Merry Mingle
December 3 at 12:30 p.m.
Our children are ready to kick off the Christmas season with some of our favorite Christmas tunes! Let’s enjoy “Joyful Jingle Merry Mingle” – a special performance with a light lunch, chocolate milk and cookies, and a wonderful medley of Christmas carols. We will also have a very special guest join us after the singing. You won’t want to miss this Christmas fun!
Youth Progressive Dinner
December 3 at 5 – 8 p.m.
All youth 6th – 12th grade are invited to celebrate the holidays with good friends and delicious food for the Youth Christmas Progressive Dinner. We will meet at the church, divide into groups, and travel to different homes of church members and youth families in the neighborhood for a progressive dinner and dessert.
A Symphony of Christmas – Christmas Concert
December 6 at 7 p.m.
Get into the Christmas spirit by attending this year’s Christmas Concert – A Symphony of Christmas in the Downtown Campus Sanctuary. This incredible night will feature the St. Luke’s Choir and Orchestra, with special guests, and the St. Luke’s Children’s Choir. It’s going to be a wonderful Christmas time! A Holiday Reception hosted by the Hospitality Team will follow in the Narthex.
Night of Praise
December 7 at 7 p.m.
Everyone is welcome to come to a Night of Praise hosted by The Table, the new Young Adult Ministry, and The Grove, the newest part of the Family Ministry. The Night of Praise will be a time to participate in a concert-like night of praise and worship songs and a short message.
Church Christmas Party – The Land of Oz
December 10 – Downtown Campus
Gathering Hour starts at 4 p.m. Meeting, Dinner, movie premiere of “The Land of Oz” – starring your St. Luke’s staff members at 5 p.m. Celebrate with the St. Luke’s family of faith at the Church Christmas Party!
Tickets are limited and you can only purchase at the Downtown Campus Threefold.
$10 for CLC event. Thanks to a generous donation, the Children’s Party is free this year.
Youth Christmas Camp
December 15-16
Angel of Hope Worship Service
December 17 at 5 p.m.
This service is to honor families whose loved ones have entered the kingdom of Heaven, and to offer comfort and strength by sharing faith and hope together. The Angel of Hope Worship Service will be in Mansion Library and Gardens at the Downtown Campus.
Christmas Eve Worship Service
December 24: 2:30, 4:30, and 6:30 p.m.
All services at the Downtown Campus will feature Dr. Long’s Christmas message and candle lighting.
