MobilePack Event
We are excited to collaborate with Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) and Maisha Project to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children around the globe. We’re calling all volunteers to assist with hand-packing nutritious meals for worldwide distribution. Families can volunteer together if the children are in kindergarten or older.
Childcare is available for children five and under on Saturday.
Volunteer Times:
- November 22, 2024, from 6 – 8 p.m. (Shift is FULL)
- November 23, 2024, from 9 – 11 a.m. (Shift is FULL)
- November 23, 2024, from Noon – 2 p.m.
- On Saturday, childcare will be provided for children five and under, while kindergarteners and older can volunteer with their parents.

St. Luke’s Downtown Campus Christian Life Center, 239 NW 14th Street, OKC, OK 73103.
What to Expect:
At this event, you’ll be hand-packing rice, soy, dried vegetables, and a nutritionally complete blend of vitamins and minerals into bags which are then sealed, boxed, placed on pallets, and shipped to our incredible partners working hard to reach the neediest children around the world.
Through volunteering with FMSC, you’ll get the chance to impact hundreds of kids in just two hours per packing shift. You’ll experience what it’s like to make a tangible difference today.
- Volunteers will be required to wear a provided hairnet.
- No food or beverages in the packing room.
- No jewelry allowed (besides wedding rings and emergency medical bracelets). This includes necklaces, bracelets, watches, earrings, rings, etc. If a volunteer cannot remove a ring, they must wear the provided gloves.
- Earrings and necklaces cannot just be tucked inside the hairnet or clothing, they must be removed.
- Purses and bags can be brought into the packing room and placed underneath each packing station.

Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) is a Christian nonprofit dedicated to providing nutritious meals to children in need. Since 1987, FMSC has shipped over 4 billion meals to more than 100 countries, empowering communities from relief to development.
