Margaret Whittemore opened our class with the good news that Craig Dingler is doing well after surgery and Pat Trent is going home this morning after her surgery on Thursday.
Margaret relayed information from the surveys we filled out last week and Tuesday night still seems to be the favorite for our monthly dinners. It was discussed that we might change to the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
Our lesson on Sunday was about honor as we talked about ways we honor people and who should we honor. Margaret ended with a couple of quotes. “Resentment is like drinking poison and hoping it kills your enemies.” – Nelson Mandela. “No one and nothing can make you angry. You can choose to be angry about them/it but they cannot make you angry. Only you can do that.” – Anonymous.
