Congratulations to our high school and college graduates!  All graduates will be honored during every worship service and in the bulletin on May 5, but you must fill out a form below with the graduate’s information. You will receive an email after submitting the form with instructions on uploading the graduates photo.  Graduate info is due May 1. There will be a come and go reception that day for the Downtown Campus high school graduates and families from 9-11 a.m. in the Gallery.  The Edmond Campus graduates and families will have a reception from 10:15-10:45 a.m. in the Youth Room.

  • Your name
  • Please type parents' names as you would like them listed in the program.
  • Please list the High School or College from which the student is graduating.
  • For High School graduates attending college next year, please list where they plan to go.

  • Photo Upload

    After hitting the submit button, you'll receive an email with a link to upload the graduates photo. Please name the photo with the name of the graduate. Last name first. Example: "Doe-Jane"
