Key Verse: So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed! – John 8:36
Just as God freed the Israelites from slavery in Egypt, God has freed us from worry by trusting in Him. Strengthen your family’s faith learning and growth at home with this easy idea:
- Tell about a time you were very worried about something. Maybe it was your own health or the health of a family member. Maybe you worried about losing your job or worried about school.
- Ask your kids what it means to worry.
- Share what it means to each of you that God can set you free from worry and talk about how that impacts your daily life.
PRAYER
God, thank You for loving us and rescuing us from our worries. Thank You for being the One we can trust. In Jesus’ name, amen.
