Well after several hours on planes, in airports, and on the Alaskan highway, we made it to Willow at 2am (5am CT). We were so fortunate to not have any delays, lost baggage, or wrong turns on the road to the church… Except for Google lying to us that the church was 40 more miles. Fortunately, Connie called us before we were too far past the church! The funniest part was Jeremy and his co-pilot Lynn joked when we passed the church how amazing it would be if that was ours! Thank you Lord for getting us here safe! A room full of blow-up mattresses and linens never looked so good. :).
Although we all go to St. Luke’s, most of us are meeting each other for the first time which has been wonderful! I can already see God working in the group, and we all can’t wait to see His work this week!
