Bible Point: The world needs Jesus.
Key Verse: “For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him” (John 3:17).
Zechariah prophesied about Jesus coming to save the world from sin (Luke 1:68-79). Strengthen your family’s faith learning and growth at home with this easy idea:
1. Tell about a time you were confused and in need. What did you need? Who helped you overcome your confusion and need in that situation?
2. Then encourage your children to talk about who they go to when they need something.
3. Talk about ways you can remember to go to Jesus the next time a need arises.
PRAYER
God, we need Jesus in our lives. Please teach us to seek You every day and recognize even more our need for You. In Jesus’ name, amen.
