Bible Point – Jesus is our king!

We have a reason to celebrate because Jesus is alive (Mark 16:1-8). Strengthen your family’s faith learning and growth at home with this easy idea:
1. As your family enjoys a meal on Easter, talk about family Easter traditions. Discuss which traditions are just for fun and which really help you remember why you’re celebrating Easter.
2. Then talk about why Easter is a cause for celebration. Ask family members to think up new traditions that will honor Jesus’ resurrection.
PRAYER
God, thank you for giving us the opportunity to celebrate that Jesus is alive. Show us how to better honor You and Jesus’ sacrifice.
