Africa Mission Trip
Exciting Opportunity to Serve in Kenya!
St. Luke’s is thrilled to announce that we will return to Kisumu and Kaimosi, Kenya, from April 28 – May 9, 2025, with another trip planned for the fall. This is an incredible chance to make a meaningful impact while experiencing the rich culture and breathtaking beauty of Kenya! We can’t wait to see the incredible work God will do through this mission.
What You’ll Do:
During the trip, you’ll:
- Help St. Mark’s Methodist Church launch their music ministry with local children.
- Assist in hosting a dental clinic to support the community’s health needs.
- Visit the medical center in Kaimosi to learn about and support their efforts.
Don’t worry—no musical or dental experience is required, just a willingness to assist and adapt as needed!
What’s Included:
The trip cost, estimated at $4,500–$5,500, includes:
- Economy airfare from OKC
- Lodging and meals
- Entrance fees
- A day and a half of safari in the Maasai Mara National Park
- Drivers – guides, and vehicles for the entire trip
Costs not included:
- Visa costs
- Immunizations/Vaccinations
- Additional baggage fees
- Incidentals
- Off itinerary activities
Limited Spots Available:
Due to the nature of the trip, only 10 spots are available for April. Participants will be selected based on the missional needs of the trip. Don’t miss this special opportunity!
Participants will need:
- To obtain necessary vaccinations
- Valid Passport that expires 6 months past trip
- A positive and flexible attitude
- A readiness to assist wherever they’re needed
