One of the most meaningful moments (there were several) on my recent trip to the Holy Land, happened on Sunday evening when we all gathered in the hotel lounge to watch the online worship service of St. Luke’s. Although none of us were ready to come home, we all missed our family of faith! We were able to sing the Gloria Patri and Doxology with our church, we witnessed the baptism of two beautiful little girls, and we heard a great message from our senior pastor. It was a profound moment to be “in worship” from almost 7000 miles away! It became even more special to know that our dear friends from England were also joining us!
