Virtual Adult Small Groups
How to Connect
1
Download the Slack app.
St. Luke’s is using this service for all virtual groups. Slack is available for iPhone, Mac, Android, and PC operating systems. You can access Slack through the webpage or download the app directly on your device.
2
Download the Zoom video conferencing app. This app integrates with Slack to allow you and your group to see and interact with everyone else during your normal meeting time! The program allows for group chat, sharing links, and even sharing screens to be able to watch a video or DVD together.
3
You will want to reach out to your small group leader to receive an invitation to join your group’s digital channel on the Slack app. From there, you will be able to connect with the members of your small group anytime throughout the week.
Tech Support
If you have trouble connecting to Slack on your
computer, tablet or smartphone, we have set up an Online Support Team
that is available to help by calling (405) 609-1023 or emailing info@stlukesokc.org.
New Groups
If you are interested in starting a new digital small group with St. Luke’s or finding a group to join, contact Rev. Josh Attaway at jattaway@stlukesokc.org.
