Re-opening will take place in stages to ensure each transition is as safe and smooth as possible. Below are current details for all to follow:
Everyone will need to wear masks while in the building with the exception of nursery age children.
Nursery is available during worship for children 7 years old and under.
Sunday Community Groups and Sunday School Classeswill notmeet on campus.
Worship areas will be adjusted to maintain social distancing.
People who aren’t feeling well should remain home and join in our online worship service.
We recognize that not all will feel comfortable to returning to in-person worship and there are many who are part of an at-risk group. Please continue to join us online! We will continue to make the online experience meaningful and connected to the in-person experience.
No, you do not need to make a reservation to attend worship. It is recommended that you arrive early to worship to be able to find a seat, as seating will be limited to a socially-distanced format. In the Downtown Sanctuary, some rows will be roped off. At the Edmond Campus, fewer chairs will be set out to allow for social distancing.
We are certainly living through a strange time! It is our aim to create a full and meaningful environment for worship, just as we do every Sunday, and that will include songs and hymns during which you may sing along. While it might feel a little different to sing behind a mask, we hope that you will choose to participate in worship and sing with the congregation. Even if the notes sound muffled, God will rejoice in our praise!
