Guest Speakers: Marc Oak and Detective Jason Kushmaul

Detective Marc Oak and Detective Jason Kushmaul will be speaking with parents on October 16 at 6:30 p.m. as part of the Wednesday Night Alive class Phones, Tablets, Computers – Oh My… The detectives will discuss crime and the internet, frequent ways kids get into trouble, and what parents can do to help prevent their kids from getting into trouble; as well as the newest technology related to computer crimes and kids. UMW Unit Meeting

Women of all ages are invited to the United Methodist Women’s Unit Meeting. The UMW is a great opportunity to meet and get to know women interested in growing in their faith and serving their communities. The guest speaker, Shirley Franklin, Heartland District UMW President will speak about UMW, missions projects, and ways to serve . All UMW Circles group members are encouraged to attend. St. Luke’s Concert Series: The Bonham Brothers

Save the date for a fun night of foot-stomping and finger-picking bluegrass music! St. Luke’s Concert Series presents: The Bonham Brothers. They play traditional bluegrass and bluegrass gospel “with a touch of country.” The Bonham Brothers have recorded over 35 records! Classes for adults, youth, and children to be growing in their faith at the Downtown and Edmond Campus.  All classes will begin at 6:30 p.m. WNA dinner will start 5:15 p.m. in the Christian Life Center (CLC) at the Downtown Campus and in the Worship Center in Edmond. $5 for adults (children 12 and under eat free).

Women of Faith Bible Study

Ladies, find fellowship and meaning at the Women of Faith Bible Study. We’re beginning a new, eight-week study this fall called “Experiencing God’s Presence.” It’s the first study in the Jesus Calling Bible Study series. This book will include devotional readings, passages of Scripture for reflection, Bible Study questions, and activities to help you apply and live out the material. You will encounter His peace, be filled with His strength, gain a new perspective on your situation, and experience the full life that only He can provide. It takes place on Thursdays, starting September 5, from 12-1 p.m. in the Mansion Library. Childcare is provided, and lunch is offered for $5. Books will be available at the first class for $10. Community Orchestra Concert

Everyone is invited to enjoy the St. Luke’s Community Orchestra’s debut concert on Friday, October 25 at 7 p.m. at the Edmond Campus. It’s never too early to learn the value of serving others. Parents, have your 4th or 5th grader volunteer to help Skyline Urban Ministry. Students are invited to join the group on Saturday, October 26, from 9 a.m. to noon at Skyline (500 SE 15th St. OKC). Parents are welcome too. Asbury Fall Festival of Treats

You’re invited to one of the sweetest events of the year at St. Luke’s Asbury Campus – the Fall Festival of Treats! Children will be “Trunk or Treating,” receiving candy from decorated vehicles parking lot on Saturday, October 26. from 4-5 p.m.

We need “Trunks” for the Fall Festival of Treats! Can you decorate your car in a Halloween theme and hand out candy to “trunk-or-treaters?” You will bring so much joy to children as they travel from trunk to trunk in the St. Luke’s Asbury parking lot on Saturday, October 26, from 4-5 p.m. Invite your family and friends for fun and fellowship. Downtown Fall Festival of Treats

You’re invited to one of the most joyful events of the year at St. Luke’s Downtown Campus – the Fall Festival of Treats! Children will be “Trunk or Treating,” receiving candy from decorated vehicles in the south parking lot on Sunday, October 27. Trunk or Treating is from 5-6:30 p.m., followed by Robert Fasol’s Spooky Organ Concert at 6:45.

Youth Costume Bowling

You’re invited to a fun night of Youth Costume Bowling! All 6th-12th grade students will be joining other youth groups on Sunday, October 27, from 6:15-8:15 p.m. There are prizes for best costumes, so have some fun with it! Prepare to be amazed by a spectacular performance from Robert Fasol! He will be capping off the Fall Festival of Treats with his Spooky Organ Concert on Sunday, October 27, at 6:45 p.m. in the Downtown Campus Sanctuary. Hold on to your seats as Robert dazzles the audience with 5,557 organ pipes! Invite your friends!
