Mom-ing is hard! But you don’t have to walk this incredible, crazy, and oftentimes overwhelming journey alone. Come as you are to “Mom Core” for encouragement and inspiration on Thursdays from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at the Edmond Worship Center. This Fall, we will explore parenting, marriage, and spiritual topics from Lysa TerKeurst’s book, “It’s Not Supposed To Be This Way.” Throughout the series, we’ll have video curriculum and live speakers with discussion guided by more experienced mentor moms. Coffee, childcare and laughs are always free; optional breakfast available for $5.
9: 30 - 11:30 a.m.
Ladies, find fellowship and meaning at the Women of Faith Bible Study. We’re beginning a new, eight-week study this fall called “Experiencing God’s Presence.” It’s the first study in the Jesus Calling Bible Study series. This book will include devotional readings, passages of Scripture for reflection, Bible Study questions, and activities to help you apply and live out the material. You will encounter His peace, be filled with His strength, gain a new perspective on your situation, and experience the full life that only He can provide. It takes place on Thursdays, starting September 5, from 12-1 p.m. in the Mansion Library. Childcare is provided, and lunch is offered for $5. Books will be available at the first class for $10. For details, email Amy Givens at email@example.com or call (405) 609-1027.
