If you’re searching for movement and community this summer, join Move by Madi Pontikes, a FREE workout series at the Edmond Campus on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:15 – 6 a.m. starting Thursday, June 4. Workouts are a mix of high-intensity interval training, cardio, and bootcamp-style movement designed to help you feel good, get stronger, and be part of an encouraging community. All fitness levels are welcome!
