Rev. Randy Crownover will lead a new Bible Study on Sunday afternoon from 4:30 – 6 p.m. at the Edmond Campus in Room 131. We’ve read the stories before, but what do they mean? People fuss and discuss them. What’s all the buzz about? This six-week course, Creation and the Word of God: a theological look at Genesis 1:1-3:24, will explore the traditions out of which the Hebrew creation stories arose and consider the amazing ways the Old Testament uses creation to proclaim the foundations of our beliefs about God, Jesus, and what it means to encounter “the Word of God.”
Randy is retired United Methodist Minister currently in private practice as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist in Edmond, Oklahoma. Besides sharing faith and helping others, Randy enjoys life with his wife, Penny, his three children, Mike, Kim, and Matt, his step-daughter, Jennifer, and grandsons Emery, Mason, and Jack. He also loves sports, working out, traveling with Penny, and constantly learning and growing.
This class will meet in-person and on zoom.
