Our last work day has arrived. So long blue tape and scaffolding! We are thrilled to see what a difference a fresh coat of paint will do.

Oh, and the nursery! One of our members painted a few birch trees on the new, mint green walls complete with some bright colored birds. We pray the children that enter this room will be filled with so much love from God and the family of faith.

During our break, we headed up to Hatcher’s Pass and explored a deserted gold mine. We were in awe, surrounded by God’s creation. What a mighty God we serve!

We wrapped up our night with a farewell potluck with some members from the congregation. Lots of moose and halibut. Yes, that’s right. Moose burgers.

After a few kind words of thankfulness and moments of fellowship, we all headed to our various host-homes to pack our bags.

“Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.” Galatians 6:10
