Holy Land & Jordan Trip
May 30–June 9, 2018
Rev. Wendy Lambert
Traveling to the Holy Land is an incredible experience that will deepen your faith and understanding of scripture and impact your relationship with God and others. Come and find out how your life can be changed by one of these trips with your family of faith.
You will experience something new every day of your pilgrimage to the Holy Land. Sail across the Sea of Galilee, visit Qumran, the site of the Dead Sea Scrolls discovery, and see the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem, built in the early 300s. Touch the stone of the Western Wall, walk the stations of the Via Dolorosa, and pray at the Garden Tomb in Jerusalem. Cross the border into Jordan to see Mount Nebo, and visit the ancient city of Petra, voted one of the Seven New Wonders of the World.

Holy Land Trip for Families with Children
June 7-14, 2018
Rev. Phil & Stephanie Greenwald and Susan Easttom
Including children on your trip to the Holy Land in a group of people from your family of faith is an incredible opportunity for your family to see the stories of the bible come to life.
On your trip, your family will see the cave revered as Jesus’s birthplace at the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem. You will explore Jericho, known as the oldest inhabited city in the world. See the churches built on the sites where it is believed Jesus fed the 5,000 and gave the “Sermon on the Mount,” experience the Church of St. Peter of Gallicantu, built over the site where Jesus was held prisoner before His crucifixion, and pray with your children at the Garden of Gethsemane.
