Even if you’re taking baby steps toward fitness, we want to motivate and encourage you. “Acts of Wellness” invites you to our next meeting on Tuesday, April 25, at 6:30 p.m. in the Downtown Campus Mansion Library. Our guest speaker will be Ryan Ellis, an endurance athlete and owner of Conquer Training. Ryan will speak on how to have better mobility and will share daily hacks to feel and move better.
