Acts of Wellness

Acts of Wellness is a group of people dedicated to help each other improve their health and wellness. Whether your goal is to walk a mile or to run a marathon, this faith-based group wants to motivate and encourage you to reach your own personal health and wellness goals. They meet monthly, typically on the fourth Tuesday of the month from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Their meetings rotate between the Downtown and Edmond campuses.
